Emily T. Walsh
Emily obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University. She has extensive experience in litigation involving first party property damage and employment discrimination. Her practice primarily focuses on providing legal counsel to clients in employment matters, including discrimination and harassment in the workplace, retaliation, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, and whistleblower litigation. Emily is admitted to practice law in Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
